Poem in Hindi - Geet Gata Hoon Nahi   Hindi Language

Today, there is an easy poem that you can try to comprehend it. The poet, Atal Bihari Vajpayee, the former Prime Minister of India, is describing his experiences of difficult times of his government.

Below is the poem in Devanagari fonts (Hindi) with the literal translation in English. I hope that you will try to comprehend the poem with the given explanation. So, here it is.

कविता (Kavita – Poem) : गीत नहीं गाता हूँ| (Geet Nahi Gata Hoon  – Don’t Sing A Song.)
(Atal Bihari Vajpayee)

Faces are unmasked,
the stains are very deep,
the magic is breaking, today I fear from the truth.
(I) don’t sing a song.

the evil has been cast,
and this glass like city has scattered,
not able to mingle in the union of dear ones.
(I) don’t sing a song.

moon is stabbed like a knife in the back,
gone to the direction by crossing the line,
get bound every time in the moments of nirvana.
(I) don’t sing a song.
